Mirasys Referral Program Rules of Engagement
Introduction
Mirasys is excited to introduce our Referral Program, designed to reward our valued customers for referring new business clients to us. By participating in the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility Criteria
- Who Can Participate: This program is open to all existing Mirasys customers in good standing. Employees of Mirasys are not eligible to participate unless otherwise specified.
- Target Audience: Referrals should represent companies not currently in Mirasys’s customer database, should be actively seeking solutions we provide, and must not be in contact with Mirasys’s sales team within the last 6 months.
2. Referral Process
- How to Refer: Participants must use the official referral form provided on the Mirasys website or the referral link sent via email to make referrals.
- Referral Verification: A referral is considered successful when the referred company signs up and makes their first payment for a Mirasys product or service.
3. Incentives and Rewards
- Reward Structure: Successful referrals will earn the referring customer a reward, which may include discounts on future purchases, service credits, or other incentives as specified at the time of the referral.
- Timing of Rewards: Rewards will be disbursed to the referrer within 30 days following the successful payment by the referred company.
- Limitations: There is a cap of 10 successful referrals per year, per customer, to ensure quality and fairness in the program.
4. Prohibitions and Restrictions
- No Spamming: Referrals must be made in a respectful manner. Spamming, unsolicited emails, or any form of harassment is strictly prohibited.
- No Misrepresentation: Referrers should not misrepresent Mirasys products or services. Honest, personal experiences and information should be shared.
- False Information: Providing false information or attempting to manipulate the referral program will result in disqualification and potential legal action.
- Pending Projects Are Prohibited: Any project that is already pending, in discussion, has a quote or is in contact with Mirasys is not eligible.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
- Consent: Participants must ensure they have obtained consent from the individuals they are referring before sharing their contact information with Mirasys.
- Data Usage: Mirasys will use the data provided through the referral program in accordance with our Privacy Policy, ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
6. Modification and Termination
- Changes to the Program: Mirasys reserves the right to modify any of the terms of the referral program without prior notice, though we will endeavor to notify participants of significant changes.
- Program Termination: Mirasys may suspend or terminate the referral program at any time. Participants will be notified of the program’s cessation through email.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Handling Disputes: Any disputes related to the Mirasys Referral Program should be directed to our sales team at sales@mirasysinc.com. We commit to reviewing and resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
8. Legal Compliance
Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to privacy and anti-spam legislation.
